Psychological Clinician
Hannah Frye, M.A., is a Licensed Professional Counselor at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Center on Child Abuse and Neglect. She received her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2019. Ms. Frye is a clinician and supervisor for the Child Trauma Services Program (CTSP) and the Family TREE partnership with OKDHS and OUHSC. Her clinical experiences include evidence-based interventions for children with posttraumatic stress disorder or other trauma-related disorders and disruptive behavior disorders. She also services as the Triage Coordinator for the CTSP.
Ms. Frye is a nationally certified therapist in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based treatment for child and adolescents impacted by trauma and their caregivers, in Attachment Biobehavioral Catch-Up Model (ABC-M), an evidence-based short-term model to support infants and their caregivers who have been through early adversity, and in Alternatives for Families: A Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (AF-CBT), an evidence-based treatment for families navigating conflictual, coercive, or aggressive relationships. Ms. Frye is also a nationally certified and a Within-Agency Trainer for Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an evidence-based treatment for young children with disruptive behavior disorders. Ms. Frye is Endorsed by OK-AIMH as an Infant Mental Health Specialist meaning she has specialized training and expertise in working with infants, toddlers, and their families.
